2. Condition of Items

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of the following goods, they are exempt from our standard return policy unless they arrive defective:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, wellness products)

  • Customized or personalized products

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Covers the Cost: For returns for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
