1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends or holidays. In case of high order volume, there may be a slight delay. We will notify you via email or phone if your order is significantly delayed.

2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following regions: United States, Canada, European Union, United Kingdom, Australia.
We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
All packages are shipped in neutral packaging without any sensitive information to ensure discreet delivery.

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Estimated Delivery: 7 business days (may extend to 7–15 business days for remote areas)

    • Cost:

      • Free for orders to the United States with 1 item.

      • Remote areas in Australia may incur additional shipping fees.

      • Calculated at checkout for other destinations.

  • Expedited & Express options are also available at checkout for an additional cost.

4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For international orders:

  • MeetDazy is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are determined by your local customs authority.

5. Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Use the link provided to track your package.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation to the address provided. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.

7. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship hazardous materials, perishable goods, or items prohibited by international trade laws.
